      We use superior science to make smarter formulas like Jarrow Formulas® SAMe 200, a metabolite of methionine (an essential amino acid). It provides a full 200 mg SAMe (net yield) from 400 mg of SAMe tosylate disulfate. The S,S structure is the biologically active form of SAMe. This formula is made naturally by fermentation and processed without chemical solvents to preserve 68-80% S,S SAMe. SAMe supports the production of healthy connective tissue.* Plus, SAMe metabolism supports the synthesis of glutathione, which is critical for antioxidant defenses and liver functions.* SAMe methylation reactions are involved in the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine and neurotransmitters such as dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin.* The formula is manufactured under low temperature and enteric-coated to ensure a biologically active product.

      Suggested Use: Adults take 1 tablet 1-2 times a day on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
