Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching seafood. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F. Microwave Cooking Instructions: 1. Remove bowl from carton. 2. Cut a 1 inch slit in the film to vent. 3. Microwave for 2 minutes. 4. Carefully pull back film and mix contents. 5. Recover and continue to cook for 1 minute. 6. Remove lid (Caution: Product is hot!). 7. Stir, and let stand for 2 minutes. Consuming raw or undecooked seafood can be harmful. Cooking times may vary according to your appliances. Adjust accordingly.
