      Whole Grain Brown Rice, Corn, Whole Grain Sorghum, Whole Grain Buckwheat.

      Basic Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. Servings: 1 serving, Cereal: 1/4 cup, Water: 3/4 cup, Salt: pinch. Servings: 2 servings, Cereal: 1/2 cup, Water: 1-1/2 cups, Salt: 1/8 tsp. Servings: 3 servings, Cereal: 3/4 cup, Water: 2-1/4 cups, Salt: 1/4 tsp. Servings: 4 servings, Cereal: 1 cup, Water: 3 cups, Salt: 1/4 tsp. Microwave: Combine 1/4 cup cereal, 3/4 cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.

      Top it off! Make your bowl extra special with: Brown sugar, butter and a dash of cinnamon; Sliced bananas, cacao nibs and almond butter; Fresh berries and chopped nuts; Toasted coconut and dried cherries.

      Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
